4 Year DegreeThe individual selected to join the CACC team will have internal operation and media responsibilities including but not limited to event coverage, organization of league meetings, data entry, report generation, website maintenance, and publicity efforts.
A first point of contact for the membership, media, and general public, the Director also ensures the daily responsibilities of the Conference office are fulfilled.
The Director of Media and Operations supports the Associate Commissioner for Strategic Communication with the publicity for the league and member institutions.
The position will also fulfill additional roles as assigned by the Commissioner.
Primary duties for the position will include:
Manages the efficiency of internal business operations.
Assist at all CACC meetings and championships.
Oversight of video exchange program.
Oversee the CACC Awards Program.
Organizes tasks in accordance with the CACC strategic plan.
Compiles data for conference reports.
Sport -Sponsorship, soccer card tracking.
bat testing Produce press releases, features and graphics promoting league and member institutions.
Development and maintenance of conference website.
Assists in the implementation of CACC branding and Social Media strategies.
Development and maintenance of publications and historical records.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Master's degree preferred.
Previous experience in communications and/or working in an intercollegiate setting.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
Willingness to travel extensively for championship and other conference-related events Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, statistical software, video editing, social media, audio/video broadcast and/or production.
Ability to learn QuickBooks.
Recommended Skills Adobe Creative Suite Branding Broadcasting Communication Curiosity Data Entry Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
