Ridge, NY Ridge, NY Full-time Full-time $55,000 a year $55,000 a year Marketing Associate Ridge, NY New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS), a prominent and respected Oncology/Hematology group, is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our well-established and growing pure sub-specialty practice with academic affiliation.
The marketing associate will be responsible for fulfilling daily administrative tasks while keeping the marketing department organized and efficient.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate must also be a team player, while also being able to work independently.
In this role you will:
Manage and replenish various marketing materials, while ensuring they are delivered timely Communicate directly with marketing vendors regarding promotional material Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities including scheduling in-person and virtual meetings Support marketing management in organizing various projects Assist in the organizing of promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success We require:
Proven experience as a marketing associate Good understanding of office management and marketing principles Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications Excellent communication skills Hours:
Monday-Friday Salary up to $55,000 annually.
