In this role you will:
Run the MD Visit Counts by Day report to identify which physicians have schedules that need to be filled.
Run the Active Patient report to determine each physicians lost to follow-up patient count as well as patients who are bookmarked for a specific timeframe that are due for an MD follow-up appointment.
Will work through excel and google drive to update daily productivity.
Request the necessary medical records for the patients scheduled follow-up appointment.
Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
We require:
Excellent computer and customer service skills.
High school diploma required.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills Previous experience an asset.
