Provide on-site clinical support to medically complex adults with disabilities.
Perform on-going monitoring of the person's medical care along with RN staff.
Administer medication and treatment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best health outcomes.
We require:
Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nursing License One (1) year of experience preferred, not required.
Experience with Intellectual Disabilities/Developmental Disabilities preferred, not required.
