Job Description:
Welcome Customers and Vendors and direct them to the proper person.
Answer multi line phone system.
Schedule estimate appointments for salesmen.
Utility Markouts for all jobs Work Orders for residential fencing jobs Fence installation schedule on computer and work order board.
Accept all office incoming deliveries.
Perform general office support and clerical duties.
Restocking and reordering supplies when necessary Other projects as needed by owners and office personnel.
Job Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma/GED Previous Receptionist experience preferred.
Ability to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
